Refund Policy

We want every automation we build to save you time.

Our fix guarantee. If a one-time automation we deliver does not work as described in your order, tell us within 30 days after delivery. We will fix it at no extra charge. If we cannot make it work as described within a reasonable time, we will refund the fee you paid for that automation.

Other refunds. Fees for services already performed are not refundable. Recurring fees are not refundable for a billing period that has started. Third-party costs that we have committed on your behalf, such as licenses and domains, are not refundable unless the provider refunds us.

The full terms are in Section 3 of our Terms of Service. If you signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement controls.
